In connection with the introduction of amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On electronic document and electronic digital signature» by February 8, 2019, by the resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, new Instructions on work with electronic documents in state bodies, other organizations and the Rules work with documents in electronic form in the archives of state bodies, other organizations. At present, the drafts of these normative legal acts are subject to mandatory legal expertise at the Ministry of Justice.
