Director of CSEA of Ukraine Yurii Kovtaiyuk and chief specialist of the department for access to information of documents Inna Ocheretyana participated in the opening of the art and documentary exhibition project «Snapshots of the fate. Significant figures of Ukrainian cinema»” (according to the documents of the Central State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art of Ukraine), which took place in the cinema «Zhovten».
At the information banners of the exhibition project, archival documents covering the life and creative path of Ukrainian cinema artists were presented: photo roles, filming, family and friends; documents of creative nature (manuscripts and manuscripts of scenarios, cases of films, etc.), documents of a biographical nature (sketches, letters, certificates, etc.).
Through the prism of archival documents and photographs, the audience, actors, directors, scriptwriters, and artists who contributed to the development of Ukrainian cinema appeared before the spectator.
Upon completion of the review of the artistic and documentary exhibition, the participants of the event were invited to view the documentary “The difficult first hundred years” directed by Yurii Tereshchenko.
