Appeal of citizens to the director of the archives, or his deputy with the application, request, suggestion, complaint, question, can be made as follows:
- Write a letter and send it by mail to the archives (03110, Kyiv, str. Solomyanska, 24).
- Submit a letter personally or through an authorized person at the above address (room 26).
- To come to a personal appointment with the director in accordance with a schedule of citizens.
